WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Standard shipping is free within the Continental United States for orders over $500.
Shipping times typically range from one to seven business days but we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping due to COVID-19. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Art over 40" long that is shipped flat may require freight shipping, These fall outside our free shipping policy. We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping times for original and limited editions range from five to 10 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.
Shipping outside of the Continental U.S., expedited shipping, and special requests will be charged at full cost for all orders.
For shipping original artworks and limited editions outside the Continental U.S., please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the best and most cost-effective way to ship your art. All shipping and handling costs must be borne by the buyer. We use Fedex for international shipping but we're happy to ship with any carrier you're comfortable with. Thomas Easley Art will not be responsible for import duties and taxes required for international shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS?
We do not accept returns on limited editions and fine art prints; all sales are final. We do our best to ensure your artworks are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your art arrives damaged, please take photos, keep all your packaging and contact us at email@example.com with your order number. We will get back to you within two business days.
If you wish to exchange or return a piece of original art, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to cancel your order of a limited edition or a fine art print, please contact us within 24 hours. It can take from seven to 10 business days to process a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for a canceled order.
